Microsoft Holo Lens prototype

 

Testing began on the second gen Holo Lens case. We needed to develop methods to wrap the material around the hard shelled case.  We developed a jig, sprayed adhesive onto the fabric, and then pressed the form into the fabric with ample weight.  This became the proper way to wrap this prototype.

3D printing also began with testing PU to create the logo for the case along with UV printing for the metal badge.
