A group project done in collaboration with Fitbit, Ria Aguirre, & Grayson Mendivil to envision
the future of app technology in the field of healthcare.
The objective is to help people alleviate symptoms of generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) through the use of personalized treatments (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) and progress tracking between a therapist and patient. Both apps are specially designed to meet the needs of their user while providing an easy and secure means of accessing data, communicating, and customizing treatments.

Physicians can view appointments, patient lists, progress, and the wellness exploration journey. He or she can also stay relevant with new methods to cope with anxiety.
