Blue Orchard Mason Bee House

Pollution, pesticides, and urbanization is killing one of our most important species, bees.  Bees are officially on the endangered list and if we lose this species, human beings lose many important goods that we depend on to survive. This concept provides a home for Mason Bees, a species that only pollinates our world. 

Implementing this design into a controlled environment such as vertical farming,  agricultural settings, and urban neighborhoods,  could re-populate and bring balance back to our lives.  Most Mason bee houses are boxes with holes, so they become items that are discarded and hold no significance; however, this is designed for anyone who wants to be reminded about out delicate situation at hand while providing a better future for all.
